Return and refund policy

At LootYaar, we care about your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer an easy return and exchange process under the following terms:

Return Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with all tags and labels attached, and in its original packaging.

  • You’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions for sending your package.

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery only if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or missing accessories.

  • You received the wrong size, color, or article.

  • Tags and labels are intact, and the product has not been washed or altered.

  • You notify us within 2 days of receiving the order.

If your exchange request is approved, you’ll receive a replacement once we receive and inspect the original product.
A courier charge of Rs. 300 will be deducted for one-way shipping in case of replacement.

Note: Do not accept parcels that appear damaged or have an open seal. LootYaar will not be responsible for such exchanges.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain products cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Personal care items, beauty products, and intimates (undergarments).

  • Custom or personalized orders.

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Sale or clearance items, and gift cards.

  • Minor color variations due to photography or lighting differences.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that banks or card companies may take additional time to process the refund.

LootYaar does not offer cash refunds. Refunds may only be processed for prepaid card orders that are canceled before shipping.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled any time before processing or dispatch. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or

  • You received the wrong item.

We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right promptly.

European Union Customers

For customers within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. The product must remain unused, with all tags, labels, and original packaging.
